Quiet Book
Just finished this adorable Colors book ~
I've scanned each page, so you can scroll down and see the individual pages -
created by a clever lady who designed this fabric book at
her Everyday Celebrations blog.
A perfect book for a 2 year old, who is learning her colors!
I had fun sewing it - well, more fun designing it, than actually sewing!
I used fabric from my *memory material* - the pieces of fabric I've saved for all these years, since my daughters were little and I made them nightgowns at Christmas, little sundresses and sunbonnets in summer.
So, now, my daughter will enjoy seeing those memories in fabric as she sits with my grand-daughter enjoying the book together.
Inside Cover
Holly Hobbie was one of my daughter's favorites when growing up - and in my generation it was Raggedy Ann ~
~the small tag at bottom says, Handmade with Love.

Socks!
Recently tried my hand at knitting SOCKS !
Have always wanted to..........but scared away by thoughts of double-pointed needles!
So when I found this pattern for a child's pair using just 2 needles, I jumped at the chance!
It is truly a simple pattern, for a beginner - check it out:
